The NTP service synchronizes a system clock to real-time. Failing to have a well-synced clock can cause alarms, VQ records and other data to appear with incorrect timestamps.
The best way to fix this to make sure the ntp server configured in the file /etc/ntp.conf file is valid. with the format:
server [ntp server hostname]
You can also add a new line above the ones configured to point it to internal ntp server. You may have a company NTP server you could use. Otherwise, use a well trusted NTP global NTP server such as 0.pool.ntp.org
